The Certification Project Manager is responsible for project management of the product approvals in a well-established notified body. They will have full responsibility for quoting, planning, producing test plans and managing the project for the product approval programme.

Key Account & Major Projects Manager, Infrastructure

We are looking for a driven, collaborative and enthusiastic Senior Key Accounts/Business Development professional, with demonstrable success in consultative technical selling within the Infrastructure sector.

The primary focus of the role will be Key Account and Major Project Development - generating & increasing high value sales from target and existing customers and Infrastructure Projects, winning new business across all services offered by BRE. 

You will play a key role in the Business Development Team driving business across BRE in line with our strategic aims.

Partnerships Account Manager (including NABERS coordination)

This position is part of the Programme Management Team of BREEAM. The role has responsibility for market and sector engagement undertaking account management activities for both current and future clients and key influencers for the BREEAM and CEEQUAL Brands. 

This role will be accountable for establishing and maintaining relationships with BREEAM’s key partners as well as monitoring performance and supporting the growth of the BREEAM brand internationally. This role will also be the primary co-ordination point for NABERS UK within the BREEAM team. Senior Procurement Manager

We are searching for an established & experienced procurement lead across both goods & services to take ownership of procurement policy, process and strategy. A key priority of this role will be to deliver true business value & innovation, by challenging the status quo to optimise cost, efficiency and risk management practices.

In addition, the role will be responsible for designing and communicating effective procurement policies and processes to ensure quality standards are maintained. This includes responsibility for implementing and monitoring SLAs and KPIs, alongside management reporting tools.

Estates Project Manager

This standalone role, working with the Estate and PMO functions, will design and deliver value for colleagues, customers and the local community and requires excellent stakeholder management skills.

Business Systems Analyst

The role reports to the Business Systems Manager and is responsible for working with; Business stakeholders, Business System Design Analysts and 3rd party consultants to map requirements for ‘systems’ into configured and tested functionality that efficiently and effectively meets BRE’s changing business needs. The role is focused on driving ‘value’ from investments in corporate systems, by ensuring data can be efficiently captured by our systems, business processes are streamlined, standardised, systems integrate where needed and high-quality management information can be produced to provide the ‘outputs’ required by managers. Increasingly BRE are moving to SaaS ‘cloud’ solutions to meet their business system’s needs.

The role will document requirements for systems, map out business processes and work with colleagues and consultants to configure systems to meet the needs of the business. The role will also be involved in the specification of ‘testing’ scenarios to help ensure that changes to systems, and new systems, are ‘fit for purpose’ prior to go-live.

The role will additionally work alongside staff responsible for designing BRE’s Customer facing ‘Digital Products & Services’ to ensure ‘touch-points’ with internal systems are effective, efficient and that integration is seamless and information integrity is assured across these business processes.

Lab Technician - Reaction to Fire and Cables Testing

In this role you’ll get to work across two areas: The Reaction to Fire Test Laboratory deals with of a wide range of construction products, internal linings, external cladding and roofing products. The Cables Test Laboratory evaluates all cable types from large power cables to fibre optics.

The successful candidate will predominantly work within the Reaction to Fire team whilst providing additional support to the Cables Testing team as required, offering variety in your work.
